Thanks for creating something for me! I’m looking forward to seeing what you come up with. The first thing I’d like to say is, feel free to ignore everything in this letter except the DNWs. I've written out some general likes, and prompts for some of the freeforms, but please don't feel constrained -- I’d much rather read something you had fun writing. For some of the more self-explanatory freeforms that I didn't add notes to, you can assume that anything is fine. Also, any rating is fine.
Prompt/freeform mixing is welcome.
General likes:
Competence (physical/intellectual/superpower-
Relationship likes:
Characters being intense about each other, ambiguous relationships, characters going into Determinator mode when the other is in danger, pining/UST, loyalty kink, complicated relationships, possessiveness/co-dependency/

DNWs (unless specifically requested):
one character deliberately non-conning another character within a requested relationship (mutually non-con scenarios like sex pollen or bad-guys-made-them-do-it are fine), m-preg, A/B/O, graphic descriptions of vomit, scat, the spelling "cum" (as opposed to "come"), cross-generational incest.
Art-specific DNWs:
Explicit depiction of genitals (nudity above the waist is fine for all genders, the characters banging each other but with a conveniently placed sheet/houseplant/shadow is fine, sexual activity in general is fine, I just don't want to see their actual bits), vomit, come, graphic gore (PG-13 injuries are fine, the character being bruised and bloody is fine, I just don't want their intestines hanging out or whatever).

The Endbringers are kind of like superpowered kaiju to begin with, so what if in addition to and/or instead of fighting them with superpowers, the characters fought them in giant robots?
Alternate Universe - Bad Guy(s) Win
Feel free to interpret “bad guys” and “win” in whatever way makes for the most interesting story- any character who is officially a villain OR on the darker half of the moral spectrum succeeds at something they didn’t in canon.
Alternate Universe - The villains are the heroes and the heroes are the villains
Obviously these labels get pretty blurry in canon, but I’d still love a glimpse of an alignment swap

...honestly, this could be kind of dark, depending on what character you pick.
Competence - highly effective teamwork
Either a missing scene or an AU depending on which relationship you pick; I just want Taylor figuring out new and highly-effective ways of getting other capes (& their powers) to work together. I also love this trope for Dragon/Defiant: we saw some of this when they were hunting the Slaughterhouse Nine etc.
Enemies to Allies - Begrudgingly Recognizing Other Character's Competence

Hero's Canon-Typical Actions Are Terrifying To An Ordinary Person's Outsider POV
I enjoyed the glimpses of ordinary POVs on all the cape stuff that we got in canon, so I’d love more of that! Parahumans Online posts would be fun, or just an ordinary civilian having a run-in with one or more of the requested characters.
Outsider POV - the public reacts on social media
Social media posts (Parahumans Online or Tumblr/Twitter/Reddit etc.) in reaction to canon events, or an AU told through social media (can be combined with other freeforms but doesn't have to be.
Outside POV - Speculation on characters' lives
As for the above two prompts, or instead of a civilian/social media POV it could be capes speculating about each other.
Dimension travel to a significantly diverged timeline
Time Travel - Character changes the past to prevent traumatic events and succeeds
Time Travel - Mercy Killing Your Original Timeline & Creating A Better New One
If Taylor had a chance to reduce the % of the multiverse’s population which died in the Golden Morning, she’d totally do it, right? Or earlier in canon, if she thought she could do things better the second time. I can also see Defiant doing this in a worst-case scenario; maybe even Dragon, though I think she'd have more moral qualms about it.

I'd love to see something post-canon as the characters get to work rebuilding the world. Character studies or missing scenes from canon would also be great. If you wanted to get creative with some sort of canon-divergence, that would be fun too.

He develops genuine feelings for one of the women, who, unbeknownst to both of them, is actually his twin sister. It's available to watch on US Netflix.

I’m taking an somewhat loose interpretation of this tag where “quitting your job” means “defecting from from your job as an East German intelligence agent” and “forwarding their misdeeds to the other authorities” means “spilling all their plans to West German intelligence in the hopes of earning their protection (and keeping a good relationship with your new sister-girlfriend).”

Sharing a Bed - can’t sleep without the other character there
If they’d had a normal childhood, at some point their parents would have separated their sleeping arrangements. But that just never happened, and it was practical to sleep as close together as possible for safety and warmth during their years on the streets. They did have to sleep apart while undergoing Strucker’s experiments, but that was a traumatizing experience on multiple levels. So by the time they become Avengers, they don’t think twice about sharing a bed, and having to sleep without the other person RIGHT THERE is sincerely stressful.
Touch-Starved - Will only accept touch from one trusted person

Whump - Character takes a lot of damage trying to calm down another character
I don’t think either twin would ever hurt the other one intentionally, but let’s say they’re hallucinating, or under the influence of a spell or something along those lines making them more aggressive & less aware of their surroundings. Either of them could potentially do some real damage with their powers (and then feel extremely guilty later once they were lucid).
Codependency - A can't handle B being missing/unconscious but their friends take care of them
I’d be happy with either twin being the injured/missing one - just give me (some subset of) the other Avengers comforting/supporting whichever one is totally distraught about it.
gentle femdom in a non-sexual situation
Basically all of the twins’ storyline in AoU is Wanda making decisions and Pietro going along with at most mild amounts of complaining, so. Pietro likes Wanda telling him what to do! But she’d always be nice about it, probably with lots of praise kink. All in a weird-but-not-technically-incestuous kind of way.
Whump - A sacrifices themself to protect B; B is forced to watch A being tortured
I’m happy with either twin in either role for this one. The angstier the better.

Wanda and Pietro would be like...the most drift compatible.

...I just think they would be cute. Imagine them grooming each other!
Nestbuilding
Cozy domesticity! After being homeless for however many years, they finally have a space to live in that's safe and (semi-)permanent, so they make it theirs through home decoration. You could also take the tag more literally in some kind of animal-instincts AU (as long as it isn't A/B/O).
Wings
Either an AU where having wings is normal, or one where the wings are the result of the HYDRA experiments.
So I’m picturing a situation where, when they first “meet” each other after getting magically mind-whammied, they both just immediately feel super comfortable around each other (almost like they’ve known each other their entire lives! weird!) and assume that they are Meant To Be. So their relationship moves super-fast (neither of them usually finds it this easy to be emotionally intimate/physically affectionate with another person! so weird!) and they’re basically ready to run off and get married when their memories return and whoops. And then things are awkward for a while, made worse by the fact that they’re codependent and don’t like to be apart from each other even as siblings so taking space is complicated, and whether they decide to get back together romantically or stick to being siblings is up to you.
Incest reveal - character says their sibling's name while in bed with someone else
Who the “someone else” is is up to you, as is whether the name-slip is due to unconsummated pining or actual memories. Also up to you where that character reacts on the spectrum of “judgmental” to “non-judgmental, but offended/concerned” to “shrugs it off because they’ve dealt with weirder.” (I would prefer that incest not be treated as totally fine/normal.)
Sex Pollen - Characters know their attraction is mutual but don't think it's wise to act on it
Sex Pollen - Group: requested ship is unexpectedly more into each other than anyone else
Let’s say all/a group of the Avengers get dosed - Wanda and Pietro could have each jumped one of their other teammates instead each other. But they didn’t! Maybe because they were already sleeping together, or maybe their relationship wasn’t sexual but it felt natural to turn towards each other when something felt off.
Sex Pollen - awkwardness after characters pair up in unexpected ways
As above, but focused on the aftermath and/or the other character's reactions.

Kink - kink discovery/exploration / Kink Exploration
Look, is squatting in abandoned buildings with your trauma-bonded sibling and no supervision or guidance whatsoever the best circumstance for exploring your sexual awakening? No, but we make do with what we’ve got. I would prefer the kink to be some form of femdom (or non-D/s - I just don’t want maledom), and I can’t see Wanda wanting to do anything to Pietro that would cause him serious amounts of pain, but other than that I’m pretty hard to squick - bondage, dom/sub stuff, any kind of roleplay that gets out of hand, or even “weirder” kinks (like petplay or ageplay or human furniture or whatever) as long as it’s something that two people without many material possessions might figure out on their own.

Who the “someone else” is is up to you - I’m good with both canon & non-canon relationships. And then someone finds out (through telepathy, magic, truth serum, whatever) and awkwardness ensues. Whether they get back together again or just find some closure by finally talking about it is up to you.

So by the time they become Avengers, they don’t think twice about sharing a bed, and having to sleep without the other person RIGHT THERE is sincerely stressful.

I don’t think either twin would ever hurt the other one intentionally, but let’s say they’re hallucinating, or under the influence of a spell or something along those lines making them more aggressive & less aware of their surroundings. And then things are awkward for a while, made worse by the fact that they’re codependent and don’t like to be apart from each other even as siblings so taking space is complicated, and whether they decide to get back together romantically or stick to being siblings is up to you.

Who the “someone else” is is up to you, as is whether the name-slip is due to unconsummated pining or actual memories. Also up to you where that character reacts on the spectrum of “judgmental” to “non-judgmental, but offended/concerned” to “shrugs it off because they’ve dealt with weirder.” (I would prefer that incest not be treated as totally fine/normal.)

No, but we make do with what we’ve got. I would prefer the kink to be some form of femdom (or non-D/s - I just don’t want maledom), and I can’t see Wanda wanting to do anything to Pietro that would cause him serious amounts of pain, but other than that I’m pretty hard to squick - bondage, dom/sub stuff, any kind of roleplay that gets out of hand, or even “weirder” kinks (like petplay or ageplay or human furniture or whatever) as long as it’s something that two people without many material possessions might figure out on their own.

Whether they get back together again or just find some closure by finally talking about it is up to you.
