Dear creator,
Thanks for creating something for me! I’m looking forward to seeing what you come up with. The first thing I’d like to say is, feel free to ignore everything in this letter except the DNWs. I've written out some general likes, and prompts for some of the freeforms, but please don't feel constrained -- I’d much rather read something you had fun writing. I didn't include prompts for every freeform because some seemed self-explanatory; for those, assume I'm happy with anything! Also, any rating is fine, though I prefer some plot and/or character/relationship development along with my smut if you choose to write any.
Prompt/freeform mixing is welcome.

Request: Pregnant Castiel/Dean Winchester (Supernatural)
I don't have any strong feelings about the mechanics of the pregnancy (grace/soul, physical, some combination) or the birth (C-section, angel weirdness, a magically-appearing vagina, assbabies...) so do whatever you want on that.
A becomes more gentle/kind as B progresses through pregnancy; B is afraid mood is conditional
I think this tag has a lot of potential for fun angst! It could start out at a time when Dean and Cas are at odds (like an AU where Cas survived the reservoir in season 7, or during the s15 divorce arc) and that's why Cas is worried that Dean will go back to being angry after he gives birth. Or it could just generally be something set in the later seasons when Dean's anger issues are background radiation. Either way, I'd love to see Dean becoming increasingly gentle with Cas as he adjusts to the idea of raising a baby with him--and his reaction to realizing that Cas is worried that it's temporary.
Character high on powerful magic impulsively magics themselves pregnant with crush's baby
I'd like to see this scenario for Godstiel! Maybe he announces his pregnancy and Sam and Dean suddenly have arrange their plans for taking him down around the fact that he's pregnant with Dean's kid, maybe they don't find out about the pregnancy until crazy!Cas blurts it out, or maybe Cas puts the pregnancy in stasis once he's back in his right mind, only for it to be revealed dramatically sometime much further down the line. See the "non-human character has been pregnant for years" for some extra ideas on that last possibility.
Human A Accidentally Knocked Up Non-Human B Without Having Sex
I enjoy angelic non-human weirdness! Just give me Cas getting pregnant from Dean doing something he would never in a million years have expected to make a baby.
A knocks up alternate-universe version of B; original!B is disgruntled and secretly jealous
Why does Dean knock up AU!Cas? Maybe AU!Cas is in a female vessel. Maybe Dean decided to work out his feelings for canon!Cas with an AU version who he doesn't have such a complicated relationship with. Maybe Endverse!Cas somehow got yoinked into the canonverse and flirted enough that Dean gave in. Whatever the scenario, canon!Cas isn't going to be happy!
Male friends A&B meet counterparts from alternate universe where female!A is pregnant w/ B's child
Male friends A&B meet counterparts from mpreg universe where A is happily pregnant w/ B's child
Mpreg - A didn't know B could get pregnant; B assumed A was trying to knock him up
Misunderstandings! Maybe angels get pregnant from something other than sex, or maybe they were just having unprotected sex and Dean didn't know angels in male vessels are impregnable. Either way, Cas assumed Dean knew pregnancy was a possibility (and was probably delighted that Dean would be willing to have a child with him), and Dean had no idea.
Non-human from species with long incubation period has secretly been pregnant for years
I'd love to see this with Cas becoming pregnant with Dean's child at some point in the earlier seasons (maybe they had sex in 5x03, or you could combine with the "Godstiel magicked himself pregnant prompt above) and then Dean only found out at some super inconvenient moment in the mid-late seasons. Maybe crazy!Cas proundly tells Dean, or the pregnancy suddenly started progressing at a human rate when Cas falls in season 9, or Casifer taunts Dean about it, or Jack blurts it out not knowing it's a secret, or Cas admits to it in season 15 during the divorce arc or the confession because he feels like he's got nothing left to lose.
Powerful entity makes A pregnant with B's child as a 'gift' that neither previously wanted
Maybe rather than (or in addition to) bringing Mary back, Amara decides that what Dean really needs is to become a father, and that Cas should carry the baby, even though whatever feelings they may have had for each other, neither would have thought bringing a nephilim into the world was a good idea.
Powerful entity makes A pregnant with B's child as a 'gift' to A who secretly wanted it
Maybe Amara decides to give Cas a gift as well for some reason, or maybe Chuck decides to "reward" Cas for something because he knows everyone's reactions will be entertaining for him, or maybe it's just a powerful-entity-of-the-week.
Pregnant A keeps B's baby because they are in love with B despite believing love to be unrequited
A was raped by villain; copes by pretending resulting pregnancy was due to loving sex with B
Any villain works for me - Raphael, Naomi or the other angels wanting to repopulate heaven, Lucifer, an OC bad guy, whoever. This could also be an exception to my usual "non-con within a requested relationship" DNW if you want to write Cas being raped by demon!Dean.
