Thanks for creating something for me! I’m looking forward to seeing what you come up with. The first thing I’d like to say is, feel free to ignore everything in this letter except the DNWs. I've written out some general likes and a few things I like about each pairing, but please don't feel constrained -- I’d much rather read something you had fun writing. I didn't include prompts for every freeform to prevent this letter from getting ungodly long, but I have added a few notes at the end for tags that seemed a little more ambiguous -- but again, don't feel obligated to stick to what I've written here. Also, any rating is fine.
Prompt/freeform mixing is welcome.
General likes:
Competence (physical/intellectual/superpower-related/etc.), plotty casefic, characters rescuing each other, characters rescuing themselves, time-travel/Groundhog Day plots, canon-divergence/for-want-of-a-nail AUs, canon-compliant fic, hurt/comfort, angst, action/adventure, outsider POV, AUs where the characters still have their powers/skills, dimension travel and/or meeting alternate versions of themselves, self-sacrifice, ethical dilemmas, character studies, unreliable narrators.

For the genderswap freeforms, I’d love to see them treating the genderswap as a bodyswap and pretending to be each other like they did as children; Cersei genderswapping to male and then practicing swordfighting with Jaime would also be fun. I love time-travel shenanigans so go wild with either or both of them traveling if you matched to one of those free-forms. For “Marriage by Winning Ritual Combat To Gain Partner's Hand” - I wasn’t able to fit “Someone else's spouse can be claimed as your own through winning ritual combat” into my signup, but I’d enjoy that variant as well.
Show-version:
For the show version, I would prefer if you either ignore the valonqar prophecy entirely or have it play out as a mercy kill or consensual mutual murder or something similarly non-cruel.
Book-version:
Feel free to go full murder-suicide or whatever if you're including the valonqar prophecy for the book version, or to ignore the prophecy and give them a happy ending - just as long as they die together if they do die.
Art prompts:
Cersei sitting on the Iron Throne with Jaime close by as her Prince Consort, a wedding ceremony where Cersei is pregnant, the two of them connected by the Red String of Fate, figure skating. Those are the ones that I can imagine being drawn in a single image, but If you can figure out how to make one of the more complicated AUs I requested into art, I will be happily surprised.

I’d be interested to read something in a non-Ultimates universe where their incestuous relationship - current or past - is discovered: their teammates’ reactions, the PR fallout, everybody jumping to the conclusion that Pietro is Tommy and Billy’s father (that can be actually true, or not)...
Either or both characters can be involved in the time/dimension-travel freeforms.

Requesting fic. I've grouped the two relationships together because I think all of these freeforms work for both of them (though obviously the season 7 one would need to be a Rita Lives AU as well).

For the Debra and Rita talking to each other freeform: I was thinking maybe something in S4 where Deb talks to Rita, who mentions that Dexter had already told her about his mother’s death, allowing Deb to put together that Dexter already knew that Brian was his brother. Or something earlier, like they put their heads together in S2 to realize that Dexter was lying about being a drug addict and try to figure out why he would do that.
Symbiote AU: a more literal Dark Passenger! How would the fastidious Dexter feel about biting people’s heads off?
